The Canadian Meditation Society provides instruction in meditation techniques. A range of instruction is available from beginning classes to more advanced practices that are designed for the individual. 
 
In addition to meditation practice, classes cover a wide range of topics, including handling fear and anger, improving concentration and focus, self-awareness and the integration of spiritual understanding into daily life. 
 
Meditation when properly taught is effortless. The practices are simple, relaxing, and uplifting.
